Lupin seeds are lighter in weight than wheat, which is traditionally used for heat bags. When heated over time, wheat heat bags develop a “cooked” odour, whereas this is much less noticeable with lupin. The bag moulds comfortably to the body and retains heat longer than wheat. Although a little more expensive product than wheat, lupin seed is definitely a superior product.
The lupin bags are filled generously and the flexible oblong shape is the most useful for placement anywhere on the body.
